[Case Study] Trust Bank Co., Ltd.

Solving the challenge of having no output that utilizes vast amounts of data! Supporting everything from analysis to organizational design.

We would like to introduce a case where we provided our on-site services to Trust Bank Co., Ltd., which operates the comprehensive hometown tax donation site "Furusato Choice," supporting everything from the construction of their data infrastructure to organizational design. Although the company had a vast amount of marketing data, they were unable to analyze it with an overall perspective and translate it into actionable outputs, and there was only one engineer capable of handling SQL. The on-site team was responsible for organizing the data infrastructure, visualizing it using Tableau, and conducting supply and demand forecasting. They also contributed to organizational design and team building related to data.
